We are thrilled to have collaborated with the RMA to develop a panel discussion for this year’s conference on cultivating talent and embracing diversity within securities finance. The session, featuring Christel Carroll, Cherry Trower, Anita Hill Sands, Sagar Patel and Meredith Roderick, will provide insights on mentorship, sponsorship, and networking with the goal of empowering a diverse team.

WISF members will also be participating as moderators and panelists on many of the sessions throughout the conference.
