Grow Your Network is a program to expand your professional network and foster the development and advancement of women and allies in our industry. WISF creates 1-1 connections by pairing members for short introductions. Members receive between 1 to 3 introductions. To ensure we promote diversity across our WISF community, pairings take consideration a variety of characteristics such as: 

• Male ally / female member pairs

• Peer to peer

• Cross-grade / experience level / function

Since launching the program in 2022, WISF has completed six rounds of Grow Your Network in the Boston, London, New York, and Virtual Chapters, including a Cross-Chapter round.
