Are you looking to grow your network within Securities Finance?  Join members of Women In Securities Finance for our Grow Your Network program. 

Pairings will continue to be managed regionally based upon member location.

How will the introductions work? 

WISF will create 1-1 connections by pairing members for short icebreaker introductions. In arranging pairings, consideration will be given to skill set, experience, and level, to ensure we promote diversity across our WISF community. Members will receive between 1 to 3 introductions within your regional chapter. Pairings may be based upon the following characteristics:

• Male ally / female member pairs

• Peer to peer

• Cross-grade / experience level / function

As a guideline, WISF suggests 30 minutes for each introduction - schedule a virtual meet and greet or grab a coffee or tea somewhere local. Participants will have approximately 3 months to complete introductions. In order to evaluate future rounds of the program, and to facilitate the anticipated expansion of the program globally and across regions, WISF will seek feedback on your introductions following the completion of this round of Grow Your Network. If you would like to participate, please complete the below form and provide consent for sharing your contact information with your pairing connections. The WISF Boston Chapter committee will send your pairings in late Q4.

If you do not sign up by the deadline of October 18, 2023, you will not be included in this round of Grow Your Network, but you may participate in future rounds.
