Colleen A. Kenney - Apex Fintech Solutions
Colleen is the Senior Product Manager of Securities Lending for Apex Fintech Solutions, joining the team in 2021. Colleen has more than 25 years of securities lending experience, including stints at State Street Bank and Trust Company, Investors Bank & Trust (both in Boston), and Firstar Bank and BMO Capital Markets in Milwaukee. She also has an extensive background in project management and is excellent at designing solutions to complex business problems related to both supporting the existing business and expanding the business to include new products. Colleen holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a double major in finance and marketing. She is also involved in the Women in Securities Finance group as the Chicago chapter co-lead.

Lori Paris - Northern Trust
Lori is a Senior Vice President and Head of Client Management for Northern Trust Securities Lending, North America. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that Global Securities Lending clients receive quality and coordinated services from our operations, trading and investment areas. Lori engages with external clients on strategic initiatives regarding securities financing transactions. Prior to joining Global Securities Lending, Lori held roles in the Wealth Management Group as a technology consultant and as a product manager for General Ledger and Portfolio Management tools. Prior to joining Northern Trust, she worked in Public Accounting at Crowe Horwath LLP. Lori served on the Executive Committee of the Women in Leadership Business Resource Council and previously chaired the Program Committee, overseeing execution of over 40 programs annually to 1500+ members. Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Illinois.
