Mike Daly, Vice President and Relationship Manager for Goldman Sachs Agency Lending, met with Kyle Kolasingh, Director in Securities Finance for RBC I&TS, and Larry Albaugh, Managing Director, Head of Global Operations for eSecLending, to talk about being gay men in the Securities Finance industry and what their individual experiences have been towards bringing their authentic selves to work in a world where unconscious bias exists.
