Arianne M. Collette
Arianne Collette is an Executive Director and the Global head of the Sales Strategy team within Bank Resource Management, a Sales and Trading division, joining Morgan Stanley in 2001. In her current role, she is responsible for engaging with external clients on strategic initiatives pertaining to market structure, trading strategies, and regulatory implementation for securities financing transactions. Prior to launching the Sales Strategy team, Arianne was the regional head of the Resource Optimization team responsible for optimization and strategy for both centrally cleared and uncleared Firm trading activity for all cash, derivative and securities financing transactions. Prior to this, she was the North America Head of Trading and Execution for the Firm Secured Funding desk, trading both Fixed Income and Equity products. Previous to this, she was a trader on the Securities Lending desk covering hedge fund clients. Arianne also was the former global Chair of the Morgan Stanley BRIDGE program, a program that provides resources to those within the firm focusing on development, guidance and enrichment. Arianne earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from Villanova University.

Elaine (Elaina) Kim Benfield
Elaina is an Assistant General Counsel at Vanguard where she currently focuses on new product expansions and provides day-to-day legal advice for Vanguard’s retail brokerage businesses. Prior to her current role, Elaina supported Vanguard’s global public policy group and helped to develop Vanguard’s advocacy strategy on the SEC’s most recent proposed rules, including those related to securities lending transaction reporting, money market reforms, cybersecurity risk disclosure, climate risks and ESG disclosures. Elaina previously supported Vanguard’s capital markets group and managed a team that helped to expand and reorganize the Vanguard funds’ global securities lending program and provided global regulatory and legal advice for Vanguard’s mutual funds and securities finance businesses. Elaina received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and B.A. from Georgetown University. She is a member of the Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania bar associations.

Jill Rathgeber
Jill is a Director in the Product and Strategy group at BNY Mellon. She joined the firm in May 2013 and is responsible for the development of new products for the Securities Finance business. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Jill spent 20 years with State Street Global Markets’ Securities Finance division in various roles, including 10 years in the Securities Finance product development group managing the U.S. product development team. In this role, she was responsible for conducting the due diligence for all new products and product expansions for both the agency and principal lending businesses. Prior to that, Jill spent seven years as an International Equities Trader covering global equity markets. She also has experience in Securities Finance Operations. Jill is a co-founder and global tri-chair of Women in Securities Finance. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Providence College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
