Deepta Venkataraman
Deepta Venkataraman is a Managing Director and co-head of Americas Securities Lending at Morgan Stanley based in New York. Deepta joined Morgan Stanley in 2001 as an analyst and has spent majority of her career in the Securities Lending business at the firm. Deepta holds an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York.

Sarah Williamson
Sarah Williamson is the co-manager of North American Securities Lending Trading at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for overseeing Flow and Structures Trading which includes Portfolio Optimization, Lender Relationships, Stocks in Transition trading, Specialized Products, Corporate Bonds and International Trading based out of the US: Canada, Europe, and Asia. During her 10 years at Morgan Stanley, Sarah has worked in various capacities within Sec Lending including client coverage, Hedge Fund Distribution, and market color and analytics. In her current role, she is responsible for managing and reducing risk across regions, optimizing and increasing efficiency across the platform, and advancing and automating technology globally. Previous to Morgan Stanley, Sarah was in Securities Lending for 5 years at Goldman Sachs. Sarah holds a B.S. from Boston College in Finance and Marketing. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, volunteering in her community, and picking up new crafting skills.
